Name: Anita Date: Mon Apr 12, 2010 1:05:10 EDT Subject: Divine Shift This fast kind of creeped up on me. So much that I've been dealing with that I didn't realize... wow, today it begins, was my thought Passover Sunday. I could have used that excuse and not begin the fast that evening, but I am determined to let nothing stand in my way of being blessed. I began the fast that very evening and it was hard, the following morning was worse, still I was determined to sacrifice the flesh and seek the Lord in Fasting and Prayer. I'm over the whole difficult part of it (although cravings still pop up from time to time which we all know where THAT comes from...lol.

Pastor has said twice that there is a shift that is taking place... boy have I felt that shift! Kinda scary really, not in a bad way though. I say that to say this... I was invited over a month ago to join a book club with some of my friends from years ago but have not been able to make it. The book they are reading, I have already read; Jentezen Franklin "Right People, Right Place, Right Plan"... long story short, I finally made it this past Friday and I sat there not knowing what God had in store. To God be the Glory, He used my mouth piece to speak certain words to 3 different women there that after receiving they were moved to tears...this is why I say it's scary (in a good way); I fear the Lord and desire to do His Will. When the words were put in my heart to speak, I began to speak with the Lord on the inside asking the Holy Ghost... "Help me to say what You want me to say and not stutter, help me not to add more than what you are saying and help me not to be nervous in conveying Your Word"...lol. I'm still touched by the whole thing and continue to seek His face for I know that there is more He wants to do in me that I may be a blessing to countless outhers. To God alone be all the Glory and Honor...amen!

Name: Immanuel Comer Date: Wed Apr 07, 2010 1:05:20 EDT Subject: 40 Day Fast results, Day 3 (or is it day 11?) My fast kind of started early as a sickness had attacked my body causing me to change my eating habits and stay home from the busyness of everyday life (sacrifice).

It is amazing how simply choosing to distance yourself from everything and focus on God and what you need to change about your life (health, thoughts, actions, etc) gets you precisely where God wants.

My wife reminded me today that the peace, happiness, revelations, and answers to prayer I been having are a direct result of the fast. It was then that I realized that Satan designed and God allowed the sickness which actually became a time of fasting.

When I chose to focus on God and my responsibility to change to receive my healing, it became more or less a "spiritually lead" fast and I didn't even realize it till today.

I am grateful to have such God fearing spirutal parents. This Daniel fast has brought me closer to my creator,and has caused me to hear what thus saith the Lord.I want to thank my spirual father for the awesome prayer life he has."The effectual feverent prayer of a righteous man avails much". My spirtual father Pastor Comer, through powerful prayer has brought deliverance to my marriage and family.Love, Joy,& Peace has been restored in all my life. I just want to thank Pastor Comer, my spirtual father from the bottom of my heart for all he has done.

The Daniel fast has allowed me to be open to receive these blessings. I am now able to hear people's heart when they speak. All praises due to my Heavenly Father & His Son Jesus Christ!!!

- Ken's Italian Dressing (Only one that I've found off the shelf that doesn't contain corn syrup. Ken's Lite Italian DOES contain corn syrup)
- Nuts (Not Honey Roasted)
- Raisins (Eat alone, with nuts, in oatmeal)
- Triscuits (Original, today I discovered Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil flavor)
